First of a series of classes in Luang Prabang teaching the novices how to make Kompin ໂຄມປິ່ນ. Thank you to the
Lao Culture Challenge Fund (LCCF) for your kind support, and to Ajahn Noy (Phonesvan Leng Bilavarn) from
Puangchampa Luang Prabang for reviving and teaching this fast disappearing art.
Photos will be continually uploaded to this site during the workshops and the Kompin will be on display in Luang Prabang at participating temples, during Lai Heua Fai.
