Hello, My name is Yaxeng Ly. There are 12 people in my family, I am the youngest. I’m 27 years old. I’m Hmong, I live in Luang Prabang, Laos,
I was born in Longsaao Village a small village in the countryside, it take 2 hours by motorbike then you must walk 3 hours from the road. I came to Luang Prabang when I was 6 years old to study in Luang Prabang.
I found @ My Library in my last year at high school and after that I came regularly, I learned so many thing from @ My Library such as: computer, languages, science, photography, how to make films and, a new way of thinking.
I like to learn new things like: photography, filming, editing, IT, programming, business, lighting and technical skills.
I received a BA in Computer Engineering at Souphanouvong University in 2010.
Now I work in a full time job @ My Library. I am the Lao Director, I’m teaching photography and filmmaking and do all of the library IT work.
