The Hmong Life and Culture Photo Contest was open to young Lao who
had studied photography @ My Library. Photographers could submit an unlimited number of photos.
Selected photos from this contest and the archives will be exhibited in a multi-media exhibition at i-cat Gallery in Vientiane in June, 2018 and later in Luang Prabang and included in a Photo Book on the Hmong to be published in May 2018.
